Job Description: The Director of Education develops and implements outreach workshops and classes held at the QCT and directs student theatre productions. This role is vital to fostering a love of the performing arts among young people, nurturing creativity, and providing high-quality educational opportunities aligned with our mission, vision, and values. This position is full-time and offers a salary between $50-55k, 100% health insurance coverage, paid vacation, and retirement match after 90 days.

Job Requirements: The ideal candidate will have experience teaching and/or working with youth, excellent communication skills, and a strong background in theatre. A bachelor's degree in theatre arts or a related field is preferred.
