Hi All,

We are strengthening our back office forms and procedures.  We would like to get copies of spreadsheets and/or your advice on how you handle:
  1. Annual Budgeting
  2. Accounting
  3. On-line ticketing
  4. Membership benefits
Please send any copies of spreadsheets to info@illinoistheatre.org.

We would like advice on all of these; however, one or two bits of advice would be more than we could expect.

Thank you in advance,

Jeff Harris

Maine East is also looking into online ticketing.  I know a number of schools are using these programs.  If anyone could post the pros and cons of the system they are using.  Our biggest concern would be the comp tickets for our boosters and faculty.  How could we do that with online ticketing?

Jessica;

We have not yet used online ticketing. Most places charge the patron about $2.00 per ticket for their services. But, they also allow you to make your own reservations for free. This means you would need a computer in your box office to handle last minute changes.

We are still considering it. Please let me know your experience.
