    RESOURCE GUIDE:
  • Under, Not Under, and Around Music Rights in Community Theatre - A Community Theatre Resource Guide by ITA member Lucinda Lawrence. YOU can understand the tangled 'bundle of rights' and use your understanding effectively with this guide to copyright, moral rights, public domain, which permissions and licenses apply, and where to find and acquire them. https://1787themusical.com/portal-to-other-music-and-interests-of-lucinda-lawren-ce/ in both slides format (perhaps easier to navigate and easier to digest in smaller bits) and printer-friendly PDF. (Refresh if link broken, red font.) Since there are many variables for our uses of music and since this covers areas of law, this is thorough and, therefore, not brief.
