Audition Appointment Status:
While the deadline for applications is 1/10/09, please keep in mind that auditionees will be served on a first come, first serve basis. The earlier your submission, the better!
Auditionees will be notified of audition appointments beginning the week of December 15th, 2008. Please be prepared to send approximately 50 headshots/resumes to the ITA office once you receive that call!
Cancellations
In the event you need to cancel your audition appointment, advance notice is requested. Send an email to aimeelynn@illinoistheatre.org with the date and time of your audition, or call 312-265-5922 and leave a message. No shows/no calls will not be allowed to audition for the ITA auditions next year.
Haven't received a call from us?
After December 15th, feel free to call the office at 312-265-5922 to find out what your status is. You have most likely been put on a waiting list! Or send an email to aimeelynn@illinoistheatre.org.
Walk-ins
Walk-ins will be seen as time permits. We will do our best to accommodate you, but please know there are no guarantees. Only waiting list candidates are eligible to walk-in. If you did not apply for this year's auditions, please do NOT attend as a walk-in.
Walk-ins may begin check-in 30 minutes prior to the start of each audition day (1/31 auditions begin at 9:30am and 2/1 auditions begin at 10:00am). While walk-ins may arrive at any point throughout the day, please keep in mind that candidates will be chosen on a first come, first seve basis. Walk-ins are asked to bring with them 50 headshots/resumes for distribution to theatre representatives.
